    Why 30 Days to Fit Works

    The fitness market is so saturated with training guides and programs that it can be extremely hard to establish the good from the bad. Knowing this, I decided to make a program that follows my exact workout routine. That’s how I know it works.

    My training style is a combination of high intensity training, weight lifting, cardio intervals and body weight exercises. This allows you to develop muscle and strength where you want it most, while leaning out and getting that sexy, defined physique.

    Where most programs lack is on their rest days- this is a 30 day program, and you’re getting a video every. single. day On your off-days, you’re working at becoming independent, confident and knowledgeable.     Beverley Cheng

    Hello! I’m Beverley and your fitness guru/best friend throughout these next 30 days. I’m also a former varsity & provincial level athlete, certified personal trainer, and group fitness instructor. I believe my workouts are very unique, as they are a combination of strength and resistance training, high intensity exercises, and functional body weight movement patterns. My goal is not for you to just look and feel your best, but also to become more knowledgeable, empowered, and excited about fitness. I wanted to share this program with you, so you can get insight into how I workout, what I eat, and learn the best ways to reset and take care of your body.
