Alright, you just hit two very hard workouts two days in a row - lets give that body a break! Today is a rest day video, but that doesn't mean you get to take today off! I'm going to be talking to you about the importance of self myo-fascial release, or as it's better known as: foam rolling. You'll be learning all about how to foam roll the different areas of your body, as well as why it is so important to include in your workout routine.
Tip: If you're new to foam rolling, start with a softer roller to ease your muscles into it. If the foam roller you have is so hard that it's too painful, place it on a mat or a carpet to decrease the intensity.
